Traffic Violations Have Serious Penalties

Traffic tickets that accumulate can result in major consequences that you do not foresee. You could incur:

  • Expensive fines
  • Suspended or revoked driver’s license
  • Points on your driver’s license
  • Court fees
  • Higher insurance premiums
  • Jail time

Rather than cross your fingers and take your chances, contact our firm so an attorney can help you avoid these penalties.

What To Know About Georgia’s “Super Speeder” Law

A Super Speeder is any driver who speeds at 75 miles per hour or more on a two-lane road or 85 miles per hour or more on a highway. Super Speeders must pay a $200 fee on top of any other fees from their speeding charges. If you do not pay this fee on time, the court will suspend your driver’s license. Fortunately, we may be able to help you challenge a Super Speeder charge or avoid losing your license if you did not pay the fee on time.
